Is this you??? - Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program  Must possess current New Mexico RN License Must possess current BLS Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Summary The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for assessing, planning, supervising and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies. Responsibilities Demonstrates responsible decision making in planning, providing, and delegating care based on assessment. Communicates effectively, establishes and maintains two way communications with peers, staff, physicians and administration. Adapts to change in a positive, professional manner. Follows through on problems that may compromise patient care by using the appropriate chain of command. Cooperates well with peers and supports group decisions. Communicates appropriate information to charge nurse/hospital supervisor/director in a timely manner. Documents accurately and timely according to guidelines. Bases documentation on identified plan of care. Maintains a clear, neat and safe environment for patients and staff. Ensures supplies and equipment for patient care are readily available and organized in an efficient manner. Correctly identifies and uses appropriately personal protective equipment. Seeks information/guidance from others as needed. Consistently uses skilled communication which demonstrates congruence between words and actions and holds others accountable for doing the same. Effectively role models professional behavior. Ensures continuity of professional care. Responds to patient and family requests promptly. Charting reflects patient problems identified in plan of care and is timely and accurate. Provides care to assigned patients including the activities of daily living, therapies and medications. Uses patient safety techniques in the delivery of medication. Monitors and reports in a timely manner any adverse drug reactions. Accurately follows policies in patient care including blood administration, specimen collection and labeling, and patient identification. Performs accurate ongoing assessment of patient status. Organizes and prioritizes elements of patient care for self and other. Effectively plans interventions, evaluates response and reassesses plan of care. Documents response on the care plan. Safely performs IV therapy.   Must have experience with the following Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program  Preferred BSN At least six months of experience as an RN in the area of application preferred Must possess current New Mexico RN License Must possess current BLS   Permanent U.S. work authorization required; current and/or future sponsorship is not available.    
Salary Range: $80K - $90K
Minimum Qualification
Less than 5 years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
