Qualifications:
1 year Home Health experience within last 2 years - Preferred Experience with Adult and Geriatric population - REQUIRED EMR experience - REQUIRED Travel experience - REQUIRED Masters level graduate of an American speech and language association approved facilityCollaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care BLS (AHA), CPR certification Active state license Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
