Summary:
Provides leadership, with limited supervision, in directing daily operations of the inpatient services departments (Med/Surg and Telemetry).
Oversight for the design, development, implementation and facilitation of comprehensive clinical programs, operations and quality efforts.
Ensures and maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Assists in meeting strategic objectives.
Meets established budget and manages costs including forecasting financial impact of planned programs, services and operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited BSN nursing program; MSN preferred, or equivalent combination of education.
Must have a minimum of 10 years clinical experience and 5 years management experience and/or any equivalent combination of education, training or experience.

Must possess a current New Mexico License or hold a Compact LicenseHave and maintain a current certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
